UCR Group

At UCR we have achieved a 60%+ energy conservation for an electrolytic process to generate industrial ceramic composites on lightweight alloys.

Components treated last longer, operate 20%+ more efficiently and enable unprecedented advances in material performance.

Our next objectives are to apply the same energy conservation to hydrogen production to significantly reduce the KWh per Kg to generate Green Hydrogen, with ceramic alloys providing equipment protection against hydrogen corrosion. Combined, we will transform the economics of hydrogen production.

Our energy technology and unique ultra-low-energy PEO deposition techniques accelerate advancements in renewable energy generation, storage and power transfer components, amplifying outputs while reducing energy drawn from the source.

To achieve net-zero targets, components must last longer, operate more efficiently and be resilient the main forms of degradation - corrosion, fatigue, and creep.
